SAFETY IS OUR MAIN PRIORITY

• Quad Bike King require credit card details at time of booking.  This will secure your booking.  We will charge the credit card, the total amount of your booking, 72 hours prior to departure. (There is a 3% fee on credit card payments).  If you would like to pay cash on the day of departure, please notify our staff at time of booking.
• Payment can be received by cheque or direct deposit also.  This form of payment must be received minimum one week prior to departure.
• 100% Cancellation fee applies, if less than 72 hours notice is provided to Quad Bike King, or if you do not show up for your booking.  Cancellations between time of booking and 72 hours before booking date will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
• If less passengers show up for departure than originally booked, you will be charged 100 % cancellation fee for the missing passengers, unless more than 72 hours notice is provided to Quad Bike King. Quad Bike King highly recommend that all passengers wear enclosed shoes and sunglasses for selfprotection. Long pants are optional.
• Quad Bike King reserves the right to change or alter the adventure for safety reasons or in extreme weather conditions.  We also reserve the right to stop any of our passengers from continuing a quad bike session, if our safety instructions are not followed by the passenger, or if the passengers behaves in an unacceptable manner or are affected by alcohol.
• Quad Bike King is an all weather activity.  No cancellations will be accepted due to wet or windy weather.
• Quad Bike King asks that all our customers arrive minimum 10 minutes prior to departure.
• No refund will be provided for late arrivals.
