Cancellation / Returns

If you cancel within 48 hours of the time of your booking as detailed in your ticket notification email, or if you do not show up for your booking, there are no refunds. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice before your experience, you can get a full ticket refund. Contact us to cancel with over 48 hours notice and we will refund your credit card within 3 days and usually the same day we hear from you. If you paid by direct debit, we will return your funds within 5 days and usually the same day we hear from you. 

Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours notice. A rescheduling fee of $25 per person is applicable.

If less passengers show up for departure than originally booked, there are no refunds unless more than 48 hours notice is provided to Quad Bike King.
